These terms apply to aclscards.com and products sold by PLACEHOLDER_BUSINESS_NAME as ACLS Cards.
1. Study aid only
All content is an educational study aid. It is not medical advice and not a certification. See disclaimers, which form part of these terms.
2. Digital products
Products are PDF downloads delivered through Gumroad. Nothing physical ships. Prices are in USD; any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
3. Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to view and print the files for your own study. You may not resell, redistribute, post publicly or use them as course materials for others without written permission. The free CPR sheet is under the same licence.
4. Refunds
If there's a problem with your file, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Because the product is an instant download, other refund requests are handled case by case within 14 days of purchase.
5. No warranty; limits
Content is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision made using our content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
Text, layouts and drawings are original works owned by PLACEHOLDER_BUSINESS_NAME. Third-party names are used for identification only.
